Massimiliano was born in 1970 and raised in Catania, Sicily.
He started to take photos at twenty, motivated by a strong passion for portraying situations and people related to his life.
His journey to a deeper visual knowledge brought him to Rome, to attend the Istituto Europeo di Design where he graduated in photography in 2000.
After his graduation he has never stopped figuring his imagination trough the camera.
Massimiliano has worked since then as freelance photographer for fashion, art and reportages for several Italian magazines and fashion maisons.
However he has never abandoned his true love for conceptual photography, realizing several solo and group exhibitions, driven by the fascination for exploring his dreamy visions.
His personal research draws the different stages of the existence, describing an imaginary reality trough memoires an the unconscious.
